These terms apply when you visit the Fasted Fred website or use its downloads, search tools, emails, and related materials. Fasted Fred is operated by Pack A Punch in the Netherlands.

Educational information only

Fasted Fred provides general educational information and practical rules of thumb. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medication instructions and advice from a qualified healthcare professional always take priority over fasting rules.

Using the toolkit

You may use the free toolkit for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or reproduce and sell the materials without written permission.

Accuracy and availability

Fasting research and individual circumstances can change. We aim to keep the content useful and accurate but do not promise that every verdict is complete, current, or suitable for every person. Features may be updated, suspended, or removed.

Intellectual property

The Fasted Fred name, characters, illustrations, copy, tools, and downloads are owned by or licensed to Fasted Fred and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites or platforms. Fasted Fred does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Email and service providers

If you request the free toolkit, your signup may be processed by Kit for subscriber management and email delivery. The website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Business email and feedback messages are handled through Zoho Mail. Your use of third-party platforms linked from Fasted Fred may also be subject to those platforms' own terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fasted Fred is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on general educational content, interruptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website and products develop. The date at the top will show when the latest version took effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules say otherwise.
