Fasted Fred respects your privacy. Fasted Fred is operated by Pack A Punch in the Netherlands. This policy explains what information is collected through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request the free toolkit, we collect your first name, email address, consent choice, signup source, and submission time. If you send feedback by email, we may also collect the information included in that message.
The online tool may save preferences, recent searches, saved items, and demo usage in your browser's local storage. This information remains on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Fasted Fred does not currently use website analytics, advertising pixels, or behavioral tracking tools.
How we use information
- To deliver the requested PDF and online tool.
- To send Fasted Fred educational emails and occasional product news.
- To personalize emails using your first name.
- To improve the toolkit and understand which signup location performs best.
- To protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
Marketing emails are sent with your consent. Basic website operation, security, and service-improvement processing may rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations where applicable.
Consent and unsubscribing
Marketing emails are sent on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting hello@fastedfred.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.
Service providers and transfers
Fasted Fred uses Cloudflare for website hosting, DNS, CDN, HTTPS, and server-side form handling; Kit for email signup, subscriber management, and email delivery; and Zoho Mail for business email and feedback messages. These providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, Fasted Fred relies on the providers' published privacy terms, data-processing terms, and transfer safeguards.
Retention
Subscriber information is retained while you remain subscribed and as needed for suppression records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Unsubscribe and suppression records may be kept as long as needed to make sure unsubscribed people are not emailed again. Feedback emails are normally kept for up to 24 months unless they are needed longer for legal, safety, or security reasons. Browser local-storage data remains on your device until you clear it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. In the Netherlands, the supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Contact us to make a request.

To avoid publishing a private home address, Pack A Punch does not currently publish a separate postal address on this page.
